We have compiled a list of different WODs that can be used during the Ruck Club Cloverleaf Events. Feel free to use any WODs from the list, do the Tribe Monthly WOD, or come up with your own!

How It Works

  • Bronze: 3 HOURS, 3 WORKOUTS, 3 MOVEMENTS.
